Tablescaping On A Dime

I'm amazed at how many black and orange table scapes I've been able to pull together without spending anything and with my limited amount of black and orange decor accessories.......

I grew these sugar pumpkins in my veggie garden, free edible decor!

I adore this "new" black and white glass votive holder I got from Freecycle, for free. It says: A family is a little world created by love. The pumpkin s/p shakers were $1.00 from a yard sale.

The place Mats are from Goodwill, The glass plates are free, from Freecycle. The white plates I use a lot, from Goodwill.

I love using this curtain valance as a table runner.

  3. I love when you can pull something together from what you already have ~ even if you think outside the box with certain things {like your valance table runner}. Love that Family glass votive holder.

  4. Great, relaxed tablescape. The striped runner and the place mats add such a good texture to the table.

  10. You did a great job putting together a lovely tablescape on a dime! I really like your black/white "family saying" (so true!) votive holder. Thanks for the idea to use a window valance as a table runner - I have one I was planning to give to TS but now will keep on hand!
