Masterpiece Monday Linky Guidelines
1. Please link to the specific post, not your blog!
2. Feel free to link up any of your masterpiece's whether they're crafts, recipes, decor, thrifty finds, etc.
3. Please include a brief description in link up.
4. Grab my Masterpiece Monday button on the sidebar and include it in your post or a link to Boogieboard Cottage so people can find you and more great ideas.
5. Please check and make sure your link works. If it doesn't you can delete it and try again.
6. Please no direct links to sales sites, i.e. ETSY or just a plain ol' commercial site, we are looking for your home made masterpieces we can recreate, thanks!
Before
This week my masterpiece is continuing to decorate my garden, by thrifty means. I found a few potted flowers at the 99 cent store this weekend, and used them to spiff up my container area. I also added my garden angel which I made a few years ago. Do you like her hair? I made it with coat hangers!
After
Interesting what a couple of flowers will do, I'm looking forward to seeing how big they'll grow.
After~After
See these rusty rings? I used to have two wooden barrels until one fell apart, but I liked and kept the rusty rings, trying to decide what to do with them.
I had this idea in my head to use them as garden art. I covered them in chicken wire and used them to frame my hanging flower baskets.
And then later I put together a Summer wall vignette, using all of my mercury glass votives.
I added some scrapbook paper and hot glued some tissue paper covered wire which I shaped into letters.
