My Top Ten Picks From MM #137

Hello there!
I was in Trader Joe's the other day and saw gladiola bunches for $1.99 and just had to have some! I like free or faux flowers mostly, because I love frugality. But when the price is right, I buy from TJ's.
I love their flowers, they're beautiful and inexpensive compared to the grocery store and a lot more variety too.
When I got these rather long, tall flowers home, I had to figure out how to keep them from falling over in the vase.  So I used a glass flower frog and lots and lots of sea shells.
I've used shells for this purpose before and I always like the way it turns out, which looks different each time.
I love the lavender color of these.  I also liked pale green and white. There's just nothing like fresh flowers!
They look pretty, resting against the shell wall scones I found at GW a few years ago.

And now for the top ten! If you were featured this week, feel free to grab a featured button from my sidebar.

xoxoxo,
