Welcome To The 140th Masterpiece Monday!

This is the final leg of our rather frugal, but very, very fun 20th wedding anniversary. I found a coupon that got us in here for $5.00 each, which is half off!

The Sawdust Festival has hosted a collection of unique art vendors every Summer since the 1960's. It's just off of Pacific Coast Highway on Laguna Canyon Road.
There are shady spots to relax and enjoy live music.

 Cool and unusual fountains.
Dozens of craft booths surrounded by sawdust.
 Lot's of artsy sculptures.
Each both is looks different and
reflects the personality of each artist/vendor.

I love the next two pictures of this booth! Very cool!

Everywhere you go, you see huge eucalyptus trees........

and the beauty and peacefulness of the canyon.
If you missed the last two posts, check out everything we did on our anniversary for only a total of $44.00.  Did I also mention that the money we spent was earned from a yard sale we had? ($100.00) We had additional money to use for food and beverages as well.  So actually, this whole day was free!

I received a tablet for my birthday and tried to link to the party using it. I'm still trying to figure it out. My link didn't work so feel free to delete it. Sorry about that!
    Have a wonderful week!

  4. Hi Mary
We love the Sawdust Art Festival--we bought summer passes and went to the Sawdust several times over the summer. Although we live in San Fernando Valley, we vacation in Laguna Beach for a week every year where it's COOLER! Did you make it to the Pageant of the Masters? Happy Anniversary, and thanks for the linky party!

  14. Happy Anniversary, Mary! I really enjoyed seeing the artwork offered by the various vendors, and I especially enjoyed the glimpses of Laguna Canyon. I've never been to California, so I like to see how it differs from North Carolina. :)

Thank you for hosting and have a great day!
