Wearable Art Made From Store Circulars

I purchased this heart shaped necklace at the 99 Cent Store after Valentines sale for half off. I cut some pictures from a Target store circular and faux decoupaged one onto the heart, using clear nail polish on the backside of the picture to glue it on. I applied three coats of clear nail polish on top, allowing each coat to completely dry in between. I then decorated around the edges with stick on nail decals, which I've had forever, and I'm glad that I found a way to re-purpose them. You can do this with so many different themes and colors and designs. And you can use costume jewelry you already have but never wear and make it fun and new again.
