The First Noel

This is the nativity set I grew up with as a child. My mother always placed it on top of the large console tv in the living room. It never feels like Christmas to me unless I display it each year. It shows a little wear and tear since it's very vintage, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

I thinks it's very pretty-the greanery is neat around it. Your mosiac is very pretty.

Beautiful mosaic of a treasured Nativity ... wonderful tradition too! Guess I need to get busy and do some decorating around my house soon. I love Mondays and usually share mosaics on all three of my blogs. This week I've shared blue Southern California skies at Sacred Ruminations, interesting shadows & flowers at Happily Retired Gal and colorful pansies at Small Reflections.
Hugs and blessings,
