Welcome To The 169th Masterpiece Monday And A Coastal Easter

Hi Everyone!
I pulled my box of Easter decorations out of the garage this past week.

I was searching for my decoupaged eggs.
And I came across the flower pots which I also decoupaged at the same time as the eggs.

I've blogged about the eggs before, but I never the pots.
I'm not sure why I've never posted them before, but better late than never!
These are solid styrofoam eggs, which were originally painted various pastel colors.
I bought them for half off at an after Easter sale one year. I repainted them in coastal colors and added speckles. The little pots were painted white.

When everything was dry, I used Modpadge to apply the coastal pictures I cut from paper napkins. Super easy!

Hi Mary, how wonderful to see the sea motifs on your eggs and plant pots. What wonderful vignettes.
