A Year In Review-A Year Of Firsts

I had so many pictures from my blog that I wanted to use but, the amount was just too much and I couldn't decide. So what I finally decided to do was to show the biggest highlight from my blog this past year. This was my first year blogging, my first year participating in tablescapes, my first year learning how to make a mosaic and my first year entering anything at the Orange County Fair. I actually won first prize for my Twilight tablescape, I couldn't believe it, I never really expected to win anything, so winning first place was really exciting for me!

Show And Tell Friday

My dear ol' Grandma is the person responsible for teaching me the love of yard sales and thrift stores and antiques. She was an antiques dealer. This is one of the treasures which I inherited from her. It's a very vintage Christmas pin and it reminds me of her every year.
