Metamorphosis Monday

My kitchen island really needed a pick me up. I've been redecorating Boogieboard Cottage in a white, beachy theme. I added stainless steel drawer pulls to the top drawers and I really like the result. The paint was free from the city recycling center and the drawer pulls I bought with a $5.oo off Ace hardware coupon. Total cost of the kitchen island make over was $16.00.

What a fabulous island. I love the transformation. The white is just wonderful, and the drawer pulls are perfect. How fun to add the seashells. So glad I found your blog, I have added myself as follower. I look forward to more of your posts. Hugs, Marty

I love the after. Looks so beachy!!! I love it even more that it cost you so little. Paint has got to be the best decorating tool. I must learn to use it more.
