
The qualities I like to look for in recipes are, healthy, inexpensive, easy and fast. Sometimes that's a tall order but what good is a frugal meal if it's bad for your health? Or healthy but draining to your wallet? Or even worse, so complicated and time consuming that you order take-out instead of cooking? I love the 99 Cent Store. I've been shopping there for years. It's been one of my smug little secrets. Since the recession though, it's become a routine stop for people who previously wouldn't dream of setting foot inside.
