The Haunted Mansion At Disneyland Is Ready!

Disneyland is all decked out for Fall. I thought I would take you on a little tour.
Last Friday was the opening day for the annual "Nightmare Before Christmas" at the Haunted Mansion.
We hopped the Disneyland Railroad and headed over there.
The line was horrendous, but we expected it, being opening day and all.
There's Jack Skellington sitting on his pumpkin. This display stays up till after Christmas.

The fast pass area was closed, due to the crowds.

This is all even better at night when it's all lit up.

Here's the pet cemetery. I don't know if you can tell in this picture, but on the bottom left, the cat grave is surrounded by bird graves. Kinda funny.

This is the entry way of the mansion which leads to the elevators.

It wasn't easy, but I managed to get a few actual pictures of the ride.
It's really dark and the cars are constantly moving.
And sometimes the man on the intercom reminds guests that's "there's no flash photography allowed".
Notice that someones trying to get out of the coffin?

My husband is always a good sport about modeling hats at Disneyland for me.

I hope you enjoyed the tour, I'm going to try to add some better inside shots later in the season.

Myself and family have been wanting to head over there for all the Halloween displays. Last year we took my grandkids for the Trick or Treat night, which was a lot of fun. Thanks for the picturs, more motivation to head over that way. That is one of the things I LOVE about having annual pases. You don't have to stay forever!!

Take care, Sue

Thanks for sharing! I have never been to Disney Land and I always wondered about the Halloween exhibits - really neat!
