Welcome To The 124th Masterpiece Monday!

Hi Everyone!

I like salad all year long. But when the weather starts to get warmer and eventually super hot, I really don't like to use the stove much. That's when salad becomes more essential to dinnertime.

When the Summer turns super hot, we cook all of our meat on the outdoor grill and just add salad. This sesame garlic sauce that I use for my Asian stir fry dishes, is also great as salad dressing! It's good for shrimp cocktail sauce and I love brushing it on barbecued chicken and ribs.
Sesame Garlic Sauce

In a saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in chicken broth, water, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.

Thank you for the recipe. I was just looking at older posts and wanted to tell you that I love your cats. They are simply gorgeous and I, too, have a siamese and a white cat that love to snuggle together. Deb
