Happy Christmas Season Everyone!
Last week I showed you my lighted cabinet and this time, I'll show you how I decorated my hutch to left of it. If you missed the other Christmas kitchen posts, you can see them here and here.
I've been going on about trying to simplify this Christmas and not make decorating an expensive chore,
and instead make it a very frugal joy! This hutch display was so much fun and free!
The tree and white nativity I've had for years and this year I put the figures inside a cloche. I didn't have any fake snow, so I used sugar!
I usually change out my hutch dishes for Fall and Christmas. This year, I decided to try to work with them.
This silver fish platter usually sits on top of the fridge. I filled it with Ornaments I collect at 50% after Christmas sales from Big Lot's.
All of the greenery is from my own yard. Blue boxwood berries and cypress. Love that they're free and I don't have to store them!
I'm really enjoying using simple things to fit into my existing decor........
instead of trying to change it so much and get stressed out if the beach look and the Christmas look are "clashing". It's all about harmony.
Christmas by the sea.
I think this is my favorite vignette for this hutch, I'm really liking the peaceful look of it.
And now for the top ten! If you were featured this week, feel free to grab a featured button from my sidebar.
