The Blue Hour is the period of twilight early in the dawn each morning and late dusk each evening when the sun is at a significant distance below the horizon and the residual, indirect sunlight takes on a predominantly blue hue, and makes for some beautiful photographic opportunities.
One of our favorite date night activities which My husband and I like, is taking an evening walk down by the beach. Sometimes we just grab a coffee, or a bite to eat at one of the cool eateries down there.

We also like to take a walk down "The Stand" and on the pier during The Blue Hour and take some photos.

I
played around with the above and below pictures in Picmonkey. Love me some Picmonkey!
During our walk on the Huntington Beach Pier, we did a little shopping in The Kite Connection store which is located directly on the pier. If you like kites, this store is loaded with every kind you can imagine.

We found a really nice kite which I'll share with you in my next post!
