Sorry, I didn't take a lot of pictures of this process, but after completely lining the inside of the box with shelf paper, I measured and cut strips of Home Depot Drop Cloth material to fit the box. I left some of the hem on to give it a finished look. I Modpodged The fabric to the box and let it completely dry. Then I tacked down the edges with hot glue and clothes pinned them.

I had some wooden letter tags and twine and decorated the grommet, using hot glue.

Then I hot glued on some ribbon.

Viola!
