I feel so blessed!

My mother adopted me from birth. She loved me so much that even though I knew I had been adopted, I never felt adopted. She was the greatest mom. She had a funny sense of humor and my friends always told me how cool my mom was. She taught me the meaning of love. When I discovered that I couldn't have my own children, becoming a foster mom seemed the natural solution. I've been so blessed to be able to help children with the same love and patience instilled in me by my mom. I pray that you have a blessed mother's day and that maybe sometime, somehow you can experience the joy of opening up your heart and your home to a child in need through foster care or adoption. God bless you, Mary

Mary-I have never thought that biology is what constitutes being a mother. There are so many children who need love. Thank you for sharing this and for being one who shares their love with children in need. Happy Mother's Day--you are a mother in my book!

Hi, can you tell what type of flowers those are? The color combo is stunning and I'd love to try them.
