Introducing my door stop......
I gave it an over due makeover.
Here is the before picture, the top is a chicken my husband bought me a long time ago. It needed a little TLC.
It was time for a spruce up. The once cute looking straw at the base of the chicken was looking a little ratty and impossible to clean.
The base was part of an old lamp, hubby found in the trash. I decided to remove the chicken before painting it white....
and then scuff it up a bit to expose the copper veneer.
It has some cute farm.....
And western designs on it.
Yay, now he fits in better!
