Sometimes it works to walk away when a vendor says "No", sometimes it doesn't. This time it worked, mostly I think because it was the end of the day. The vender's had a lot of boxes full of miscellaneous junk and obviously weren't seasoned vintage vendors. Sometimes vender's are just into buying out storage units and selling the contents at swap-meets. These were a couple of guys and to them, these probably looked like just a stack of boring dishes. Score. I always look in these type of booths.
I found these six vintage dishes at the swap-meet over the week end. I bargained them down from one dollar each to one dollar for all! :O)
