Welcome The 66th Masterpiece Monday!

Enjoy beauty that you already own, for free. A blessing from God......

I asked my hubby to pick some flowers for me out back while he was doing some yard work.......I think he did a pretty good job!
Ever notice how great any flowers look in blue canning jars?

I always forget we have these pinkish/purplish geraniums. Charles found them by the curb one day and planted them in our yard. They're now a huge bush.
So, I decided to decorate "Old Rusty" (my vintage fireplace) for Spring! Here goes:

I am IN. LOVE. with Old Rusty and your blue jars!! It's amazing how often we see the expensive "schtuff" in the stores and forget about all the little lovelies we have tucked away at home. Since I'm a Southern California girl, I have a preference for bougainvillea, but it's true that just about anything looks great in those jars!! ^_^ Add a white fingerling starfish to your blowers in blue jars and VIOLA! Instant beachy cuteness. Thanks for reminding us that you don't have to spend piles of $$ to have a beautiful home.

This is a beautiful spring post. Your flowers are so beautiful and they look fabulous in the jars. A very vintage look, one I love. I have a stash of old jars I use for flowers too. Old rusty sure looks ready for the Easter bunny. Great job of adding and arranging the flowers. Happy Easter.
