Beach Combing

Here's what we brought home one day from the beach.
Add one patio plant badly in need of some decorative mulch....
Starting to look better after just a few stones, I love the ones with the holes in them.
Add more stones.....
Some shells and some large barnacles.....

And now it's a cute little beachy rock garden in a pot. :O)

Beautiful pictures! I finally got down to the beach yesterday. It's taken me awhile. Took my little Riley with me to Seal Beach. It was absolutely beautiful out yesterday. We are, indeed, having such great summer weather this year!! I can only hope it stays this way!!

Great idea to use the beach rocks and remember the day at the beach.

Very cool. I need to go beach treasure hunting more often and see if I can find some great stuff like this as well.

I Love this! I am going to Sanibel weekend of August 13th and I am so excited to go shelling...I may have to copy this for my back yard with some shells I collect. I especially love the driftwood.

Hi Mary, I always need ideas for that stuff we collect at the beaches! Thanks for this one. Sometimes I use it on tables for guests to "play" with! There is something very beautiful about those shells, and the longer you look at them the more you see! Have a great day! Linda
