Simple, Frugal, Beach Table

I just scored this brand new patio umbrella for free from Freecycle!

I don't understand why someone didn't want this, but it's exactly what I needed for my patio.

It goes well with some dishes, which I also found on Freecycle a while back.

I made the little sign on the table out of a piece of drift wood I recently found while beach combing.

My little sand castle was 25 cents from a yard sale and the sand in my jars is from the beach.

I bought 2 glass floats for $2.99 each at a shell store by my house.....
I tucked one into my sea rock garden.

You always find great deals. This table came together nicely. Love the details with the floats and candles in beachy blue.

So many great details, and the best part is the price... mostly FREE. I really like that centerpiece with the starfish and sea grass, and the driftwood sign is the finishing touch. Thrifty AND creative. You are my kind of gal.

Your backyard is awesome! I need an umbrella so badly. The old Corona umbrella that was over the pool equipment is now only metal rods. After the winter, all the material part of the umbrella blew away, so sad!!

Take care, Sue

What a lucky find with your umbrella. I love the glass floats, too, I haven't found any that weren't expensive.

This Florida girl LOVS your beachy tablescape and is a wee bit jealous of your $.25 sand castle garage sale score! It makes the perfect accent piece to your beachy dinner table!
Thanks for sharing!
